Refund Policy

We offer a full credit return for product/s bought directly from Global Technologies Group Limited within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions.

We shall only give refund for defective product/s manufactured by Global Technologies Group Limited and we shall only replace defective product/s that are purchased from Global Technologies Group Limited and we will not be liable for product/s of wrong purchase.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request to sales@glotechgroup.com before sending your return to us. All the returned product/s must be in their original packaging including manuals; accessories and etc. must be returned.

Thereafter, please send your merchandise to the following address.

After receiving your Merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email to and refund the money to your credit card. The entire process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
